Protein Peanut Butter berry smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen berry mix (blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, etc.)

  • 1 cup dairy free milk (almond, coconut, oat, etc.)

  • 1 small ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped

  • 2 T of peanut butter or 4 T powder

  • 1 T collagen powder

  • 3-6 drops liquid monk fruit or stevia (optional)

Instructions:

  • In a blender, combine fruit, alternative milk, spinach, and peanut butter, then top off with powder to avoid powder sticking to the bottom. Blend until smooth.

  • Pour into a tall cup or glass and enjoy with a spoon!
