Ginger Fruit Infused water

Ingredients:

  • 2 limes, sliced

  • 8 strawberries, sliced (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 T ginger juice or 2 inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced

  • 4 cups water

  • 5-10 drops of monk fruit (optional)

Instructions:

  • Place the sliced fruit and ginger in a glass jar.

  • Pour the 4 cups of water over the fruit.

  • Place the jar in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight for even more flavor infusion.

  • Enjoy!

*If ginger is not your thing, try replacing it with a dozen mint leaves

**A few other great fruit combinations to try are orange and strawberry, blackberry and mint, and grapefruit and pomegranate.
